Pagination

Most lists are cursor-paginated. Pass per_page (1 to 200, default 25; incidents stop at 100) and, for the next page, cursor set to the previous answer's meta.next_cursor. meta.next_cursor is null on the last page. A few lists (notification channels, on-call schedules, archived content) are page-numbered instead: follow links.next.
