One person runs this service, so a message here reaches the operator directly rather than a queue. There is no promised response time and this page will not invent one.
Write to [email protected] for anything: a question about a plan, a monitor behaving in a way the documentation does not explain, a security report, a bug, or an invoice.
The form below, when it is offered, sends to that same address and nowhere else. It exists so you do not have to leave the page, not to route you into a ticket system that does not exist.
What helps
A monitor that is misbehaving is much easier to answer with its name, the region the failing check ran from, and roughly when you noticed. A billing question is easier with the address the account is registered under.
Please do not include passwords, API tokens or the credentials a monitor uses to authenticate. Nothing here needs them, and email is the wrong place for them.
Data protection requests
Access, correction, deletion and the rest of your rights go to [email protected]. Say which right you are exercising and which account or address it concerns, and the Privacy page explains what happens next and how long it may take.
Security reports
A vulnerability report goes to [email protected] as well. Please describe what you found and how to reproduce it, and please do not test against another customer's data or against a status page you do not own.
