That is a narrow claim on purpose. We reach one public endpoint of Vercel from outside their network. We cannot see their internal services, their regional capacity, their API error rates or the parts of their product we do not probe, so we publish no uptime percentage, no availability figure and no SLA number for Vercel. A figure like that would imply we cover the whole product, and we do not. If you need that number, it is theirs to publish, not ours to estimate.
Every reading above is ours, names the endpoint it came from, and carries the time it was taken. Two rules decide what we are willing to say:
The second rule is deliberately stricter than the alerting we give our own customers, where speed matters more: a customer wants to know within a minute, whereas a public page that contradicts Vercel's own status page needs to be right.
